Collodion Open Studio-Your portrait
Wet Plate Tester Session: Collodion open studio & your ViCTORIAN portrait
For Fall 25, step into the past with a day steeped in silver, light, and history at my Earls Court studio.
Join me for a Wet Plate Collodion Portrait Open Studio—a rare opportunity to experience one of the oldest photographic processes. Using the timeless wet plate collodion technique, I’ll craft your portrait on tin, capturing a single, luminous moment through this exquisite hand crafted method.
Each sitting lasts 30 minutes and results in a unique 5x7 inch portrait. This is a chance to take home a piece of photographic history created at material cost for £70. Book ahead to secure one of 8 spots between 11-6pm at your preferred time.
Visitors are welcome throughout the day without prior booking for a glimpse into my practice rooted in Victorian processes. Portrait spaces are first-come, first-served —join me and explore the alchemy of handmade photography or gift this experience to a photography enthusiast in your life.
Alongside the portrait sessions I will be showing examples of recent projects and work in progress.
